Anna Finch is an experienced search consultant, specialising in the wealth management sector. Prior to recruitment, Anna held senior management roles within the hospitality industry.
Anna moved into executive recruitment seven years ago, specialising in wealth management. With a technical knowledge of the retail wealth management area, she focuses on middle to senior executive roles across life insurance, superannuation and investments.
With a degree in Psychology, Anna brings an added perspective to her role in executive search. In addition to her wealth management experience, she looks at the softer side of the recruitment process, with a keen focus and understanding of the personality and cultural fit within an organisation.
